1. The terms of use of the Website services of the company SIA Incity Construction, reg. No. 40203492501, actual and legal address Riga, Skolas iela 22 – 1 (hereinafter referred to as Incity Construction) are binding on all users of the Website. www.skanstehof.lv (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) to the users (hereinafter referred to as the “Client/Customers”).
2. These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) apply to all legal relationships between any person and Incity Construction that may arise out of the use of the services provided on the Website (the “Services”).
3. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Customers are solely responsible for their use of the Website and their activities thereon.
4. Incity Construction has the right to change the content or terms of use of the Website at any time, as well as the procedure for obtaining services directly from Incity Construction or from partners with whom Incity Construction has previously entered into a cooperation agreement for the provision of services to the Customer.
5. The topicality and characteristics of the real estate objects published on the Incity Construction Website may change at any time without prior notice.
6. Incity Construction has the right to block the Client’s access to the Website without prior notice in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of other persons or to comply with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
7. Incity Construction has the right to suspend, partially suspend or completely terminate the Website at any time without prior notice.
8. The copyrights to the maintenance and content of the Website (texts, photographs, videos, etc.) belong to Incity Construction or third parties who have given their consent to the publication of the content. Republication, copying or other use of any content on the Website is prohibited without the written permission of Incity Construction.

The Client is obliged to comply with the Terms of Use of the Website, not to infringe the rights of Incity Construction and/or third parties, to provide true information about himself, to use secure electronic means of communication and data transmission, and not to spread viruses or take other actions that may interfere with the operation of the Website.
10. Incity Construction shall not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect) that may be incurred by the Customer in connection with the use of the Website, unless Incity Construction is found to have acted or omitted to act unlawfully.
11. Incity Construction has the right to keep the contact details of business partners, owners of real estate objects as well as their representatives registered on the Website in order to provide quality services for the sale or rental of real estate objects provided by Incity Construction.
12.Incity Construction shall be entitled to pass on the Customer’s contact details to a third party for the purpose of providing Incity Construction’s services with the Customer’s consent.
13. The use of the Website, placing official requests for processing orders on the Website, direct contact with Incity Construction representatives, partners or Customers by e-mail, telephone shall be deemed as confirmation that the Customer has fully read, understands and agrees to the terms of use of the Website and the purchase of real estate.
